Du wirst f\u00fcr den Gesetzgeber durch den Umbau selbst zum Hersteller und kommst dadurch in die Produkthaftung. Du m\u00fcsstest dein umgebautes Bike sogar CE-zertifizieren lassen. Wenn Dritte durch ein defektes Produkt zu Schaden k\u00e4men, w\u00e4rst du in der Verantwortung \u2013 und deine Haftpflicht-Versicherung w\u00fcrde unter Umst\u00e4nden nicht zahlen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au\u00dferdem musst du bedenken, dass die Rahmen von Fahrr\u00e4dern ohne Motor eben gerade nicht f\u00fcr die Kr\u00e4fte ausgelegt sind, die ein Nachr\u00fcstkit erzeugt. Es kann funktionieren.
