    Diamant Zing

    The best price-performance-weight-ratio

    Simply amazing

We claim: The Zing is the best Trekking® e-bike on the market. For this e-bike series, we made a very conscious decision to use an external battery. It weighs significantly less, is easy and practical to handle and costs less. A bike that can be navigated effortlessly through urban environments, but thanks to its robust construction is also ideal for long adventure tours off the beaten track.

    Face the Facts

Same same, but different. The original Zing was the electrified sibling of a trekking® bike called Elan. To this day, it has the same lightweight verve as our non-electric bikes. The bike’s badge embodies its character: Light and playful as a feather.

Zing Trekking® E-Bike – FAQ: Everything you need to know

We offer the Zing Gen 3 in two versions:

The Zing Trip Plus stands out from the Zing Trip Core thanks to its premium components. Thanks to a bigger color display with more features, air-sprung suspension fork, more powerful disc brakes and a 10-speed gear system, the Zing Trip Plus offers a more versatile riding experience.

The Diamant Zing Gen 3 is available in both versions in the following sizes:

    • Stepover: M, L, XL
    • Midstep: S, M, L
    • Lowstep: S, M, L

From the center of the bottom bracket spindle to the upper edge of the seat tube. This type of measurement is however an outdated concept. We recommend test riding the bike before purchase.

The Diamant Zing Gen 3 weighs between 22.1 and 23.9 kg (depending on the model, size and battery capacity). This weight includes the battery. The Zing Gen 3 has a permissible total weight (bike, rider and load) of 136 kg.

The Zing Gen 3 weighs 400 to 700 g less than the Zing Gen 2. It also has a more comfortable geometry (mid and low step) and offers additional mounting points for accessories on all frames. The new generation is powered by the latest and most powerful Bosch CX motor and is easier to maintain and service thanks to improved cable routing. The Mini Top Tube on the low step makes it easier to carry the bike.

The Zing Gen 3 is equipped with the Bosch Smart System and is powered by the new Bosch Performance CX motor. The Zing Trip Plus comes with the Bosch Kiox 500 display, the Zing Trip Core with the Bosch Intuvia 100.

Note: All our e-bikes are supplied with a Bosch 4A charger. The 4A charger speeds up the charging process compared to the 2A charger used by various other brands.

Yes, we recommend the Bosch Smartphone Grip for the Zing Trip Plus. It replaces the Kiox display. Alternatively, there are also many other mounts on the market from independent providers such as Quadlock or SP Connect, which can be attached to the handlebars or stem.
